Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to return it once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard door-to-door delivery to major centres takes 2 – 4 business days from dispatch. Outlying and rural areas may take 3 – 6 business days. Pargo Click & Collect points are also 2 – 4 business days.
Yes! All orders over R800 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in South Africa. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your waybill number and a tracking link. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account page.
Not yet — we currently ship within South Africa only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Follow us on social media to stay updated.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For full details, please read our Returns Policy.
Email us at customersupport@vintage808info.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customersupport@vintage808info.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Products & Sizing
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart rather than going by your usual label size, as fits can vary between styles.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Always follow the care label instructions on the garment. As a general guide for our pieces:
Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle
Turn garments inside out to preserve print quality
Do not tumble dry — air dry flat or hang
Do not iron directly on printed areas
Some items are limited runs and may not be restocked. Follow us on Instagram and X to be the first to know about restocks and new drops. You can also contact us to be added to a waitlist for specific items.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
