Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification with your tracking number once your parcel has been collected by our courier.
Please note: During sale periods, new product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.
We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. A flat shipping rate applies to all orders, with free shipping on orders over R1000.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your waybill (tracking) number and a link to track your parcel in real time on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customersupport@vintage808info.com.
For door-to-door deliveries, someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Our courier will attempt delivery during standard business hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday).
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification card and attempt re-delivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that a re-delivery fee may apply.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
Parcels that cannot be delivered and are not reclaimed within 14 days of the return date will be treated in accordance with our Returns Policy.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at customersupport@vintage808info.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the packaging and the item(s) received. We will investigate with the courier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Important: Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future.
